GCR envision an emerged Cameroon where the rights of every citizen is respected and they are able to access basic services like water, education, health, electricity, and protected from all forms of harm. To see that children rights are respected in areas where there is conflict, disaster, disease outbreak. Provision of “community child protection systems to be strengthen, prevent and respond” and to provide assistance to all the services needed by child protection activities such as: provision of GBV- Case Management/NFI Kits distribution, MHPSS, Unaccompanied and Separated Children (UASC) identification, children and family unity and birth registration, Child Friendly Space (CFS), capacity building of local partners with referral of cross cutting sectors.
GCR aim to see that in areas where there is conflict, disaster, disease outbreak, they will provide safety first by offering protection to people in need (PiN). To alleviate poverty and remote the welfare of rural communities by empowering them through assistance that will enable sustainability of their growth. To empower local communities especially women and youth through training, coaching and mentoring for effective use and management of the different utilities around them.
Providing to person of concern (PoC) safety, dignity and security, basics for recovery and platforms for the pursuit of livelihood. To belongings in a community civil documentation, certain rights and GBV (Psychosocial Support and Counseling Interventions and HLP Intervention). The primary goal of any shelter programmed is to safeguard the health, security, privacy and dignity of people affected by crisis.
GCR will educate the local population on the need to protect the environment and better manage their natural resources so as to prevent the adverse effects of climate change and environmental pollution for sustainable development and planting of trees in areas of where there is conflict, disaster, disease outbreak etc.
